Black Eagle Hotel & Spas' conference venues and facilities are perfect to cater for your conference, event or corporate breakaway. At Black Eagle we understand the importance of choosing the right venue and the planning and coordination that goes into a successful event.

For that reason, we appoint a dedicated conference coordinator to assist you from the planning stages right through to the close.

At Black Eagle we boast three fully equipped venues catering up to 250 delegates with half day, full day and 24 hour packages available

Our breakaway areas are unique in that we utilize our manicured and tranquil gardens, our Residents lounge, Dining Room and Garden Café areas to provide stimulating and relaxing change of scenery.

All packages include lunch, refreshments, complimentary Wi-Fi, conference coordinator, stationery, screen, white boards, flip charts, mints and bottled water. Audio-visual equipment is available for hire including projector, screens, PA System, additional flip charts, staging and white boards at an additional charge. Adding to the offering, we have introduced our new 8 seater boardroom for intimate board meetings or small conferences.
